The Science

invisa-RED™

invisa-RED™ is the only FDA approved, IRB, and Clinically proven device to provide weight reduction, fat reduction and inch loss. Our technology can accomplish scalable weight loss with a precise combination of specific frequencies from both red and infrared laser light energy. The combination of dual coherent frequencies enables the light energy to penetrate deep into adipose tissue (subcutaneous fat) generating a significant response in cellular functions and stimulation of the body’s natural metabolism. invisa-RED™ Technology stimulates lymphatic function and increases the metabolism through the synthesis of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). The activation and efficiency of both the lymphatic system and metabolism are essential to achieve a patient’s weight loss goals.

How it works
invisa-RED™ technology stimulates cellular respiration, lymphatic function and increases the metabolism through the synthesis of Adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Irradiation of invisa-RED™’s dual coherent laser wavelengths (red 680nm and infrared 980nm) exert an overall effect of photobiostimulation on the cellular metabolism.

Photobleaching (pulsing) of the light energy and interference from these coherent wavelengths, allow for a higher rate of energy density (absorption into cells) and deeper penetration into the subcutaneous adipose tissue. Fat is utilized as an energy source from the supercharged metabolism as well as removed from the body via lymphatic excretion (urine & sweat).

The rapid absorption of laser energy heats the subcutaneous tissue and increases localized blood flow to transfer nutrients and oxygen in the cells. The saturation of oxygen triggers cellular respiration and is processed into cellular energy generating the synthesis of Adenosine Tri Phosphate (ATP), enhancing the body’s natural metabolism for the immediate utilization of stored fat energy.

The pulsed laser energy accelerates and replicates this metabolic process for 15 – 20 minutes during treatment.

The heat absorbed by the tissue amplifies the production of collagen and elastin to create tighter and healthier skin as well as fading stretch marks. The increased collagen production repairs and strengthens connective tissues to eliminate cellulite from the targeted area.

Hemoglobin from the increased blood flow transports waste products and toxins out of the adipose cells into the blood stream to be removed from the body.

Treatment times are dramatically shorter and substantially more effective with our technology. Within two minutes of the treatment; water, glycerol, triglycerides, and toxins are released from the fat cells. Most of the released fat is utilized as an energy source from the supercharged metabolism as well as removed from the body via lymphatic excretion (urine & sweat). The supercharged metabolism will continue to burn fat for several hours after treatments just like it would from high intensity exercise and strength training. Cells are not harmed during the process unlike invasive procedures.

Energy density or absorption rate of the energy into the fat cells plays a major role in patients’ results. To accomplish optimal absorption rate of energy several factors must be taken into consideration; service being performed, site of area being treated, skin tone and severity of the issue. Since all patients differ in these factors, general cookie cutter protocols from single frequency machines have proven to be inconsistent in their results in many cases.

Info Q&A

invisa-RED™ technology penetrates tissue to a depth of about 40 mm. Laser energy at wavelengths of 680nm & 980nm are very beneficial in treating problems close to the surface such as cellulite, stretch marks, skin elasticity, collagen production, wrinkles, acne, and is particularly effective in removing fat from unwanted problem areas..

The diverse tissue and cell types in the body all have their own unique light absorption characteristics; that is, they will only absorb light at specific wavelengths and not at others. For example, skin layers, because of their high blood and water content, absorb red light very readily, while adipose tissue (fat cells) absorb infra-red light.

Low Level Laser Diodes are safe concentrated light sources used to produce the specific wavelengths of light that provide therapeutic benefits of light therapy without adverse side effects.

Weight Loss

Non Surgical Weight Loss Therapy

Know About Non Surgical Weight Loss

invisa-RED™ is the only non-invasive device with clinically proven evidence of weight reduction, fat reduction and inch loss. During our clinical trials, patients saw an average of four and a half pounds of fat loss over the course of nine short treatments without the assistance of diet or exercise.

Below are the results from our double-blind clinical trial:

Body Fat % Lost: 1.77% avg.
Pounds of Body Fat Lost: 4.53 lbs. avg.
Pounds of Fat Lost per week: 1.51 lbs. avg.
Fat Energy Metabolized per treatment: 1,761.66 calories avg.
Inches Lost: 10.16 inches avg.
Success Rate: 100%
Adverse Reactions: 0

How it works
Dual Coherent laser wavelengths of 680nm and 980nm supercharge the metabolism and stimulate the fat cells to open and release intra-cellular fat, water, and toxins. The stored fat energy is then utilized by the body through the natural metabolic process of ATP synthesis. The by-product carbon dioxide (CO2) is exhausted through respiration. The remaining water and toxins are then excreted out of the body via urine and sweat. The detoxification process will allow the body to operate at an optimum level to improve overall health and wellness.

invisa-RED™ treatments also increase collagen and elastin production within the epidermal and dermal layers to effectively tighten skin while the patient loses weight.

How many treatments do I need?
Patients will start their program by focusing on losing their first 20 pounds of body fat which is usually around twenty-four treatments. If the patient needs to lose more than 20 pounds of fat they will continue treatments until their goal is reached. Two to three short treatments per week is recommended for the duration of your treatment schedule.

Treatment session needs vary from client to client. A consultation with a clinician will give you a better idea of how many treatment sessions you will need to achieve your desired results.

Will there be any downtime?
No. The treatments are non-surgical, non-evasive and pleasant. Treatments are very relaxing, and studies show the effectiveness of our technology in weight reduction without any of the side effects of invasive procedures or adverse reactions.

Maintenance
Once patients obtain their weight loss goals, they may benefit from any of the aesthetics services that invisa-RED™ provides. These services are skin tightening, stretch-mark fading, spot specific body contouring and cellulite elimination.

Body Contouring Machine: Non-Invasive Body Slimming Option

Body Slimming: Basics of Body Contouring without Surgery

invisa-RED™ is the latest innovation in body slimming technology used to remove fat from areas that are unresponsive to diet and exercise and reshape regions of your body very rapidly. Our innovative technology is a safe, non-invasive, and painless alternative to traditional fat reduction procedures. Each session can remove up to an inch of unwanted fat from any undesired problem area(s). Treatments are ideal for both men and women, eliminating the fatty areas that are unresponsive to diet and exercise. Most clients will see results after their first treatment.

How it works
Subcutaneous fat (fat cells between the skin and the muscle) is what your body utilizes when it needs energy. When the body metabolizes fat from the subcutaneous fat it will utilize the fat cells that are closest to the muscle first. These fat cells are located the farthest from the skin. Most people rarely utilize the fat from the cells closest to the skin. These cells are larger due to the amount of stored fat inside that is never metabolized in the body. Concentrated laser energy safely and painlessly activates the fat cells closest to the skin to open and stimulate the body’s metabolism to utilize the stored fat as energy. The fat that is not utilized for energy is then eliminated from the body through the lymphatic system naturally.

How many treatments do I need?
Treatments will vary depending on several factors including, size of the area, skin-tone and site location. Multiple treatments are recommended three times per week for optimal results. Treatment times can range between 15-20 minutes per session. Treatment sessions will vary from client to client.

Is there any pain or downtime after treatments?
No. Treatments are non-surgical, non-invasive, and pleasant. Clients will listen to music, use Facebook, text, or take a nap during treatments.

Areas that can be treated
Any area of the body that is non-responsive to diet and exercise can be reduced and contoured effectively. The most common areas are the waist, back, arms, legs, hips, thighs, buttocks, chin and neck.

Maintenance
Once you have reached your desired goal, we recommend a maintenance schedule of one to two treatments monthly. Clients are welcome to schedule touch up treatments as needed after their maintenance schedule is complete.

Cellulite Removal Machine: Non Invasive Anti Cellulite treatment

Know About Cellulite Removal Treatment

Cellulite is an extremely common condition that affects 90% of women and 20% of men both fit and obese. While unsightly, cellulite presents no major health risks but is one of the most difficult conditions to get rid of due to the variety of factors that can cause it.

There are many misconceptions regarding how cellulite occurs and it is a widely debated topic within the medical and aesthetic communities. However, a large majority of experts do agree on several factors that have assisted us in developing a highly effective, long lasting solution to rid your clients of unattractive cellulite.

Causes of Cellulite

  • Unhealthy lymphatic system function, poor circulation, and blood flow within the problem area will increase the likelihood to develop cellulite.

  • Hormone levels and imbalances involving estrogen, insulin, noradrenaline, thyroid hormones, and prolactin are part of the cellulite production process.

  • Poor Collagen production

  • Genetic predispositions of certain genes are required for cellulite development. Genes may predispose an individual to characteristics associated with cellulite, such as gender, race, slow metabolism, distribution of fat just underneath the skin, and circulatory insufficiency.

  • Lifestyle Factors that assist in developing cellulite may be more prevalent in smokers, those who do not exercise, and those who sit or stand in one position for long periods of time.

  • Clothing like underwear with tight elastic across the buttocks (limiting blood flow) may contribute to the formation of cellulite.

Cellulite consists of enlarged adipose tissue or fat cells and is a type of connective tissue that is classified as a connective tissue disorder. Due to low collagen production, the connective tissue allows the fat cells to rise towards the skin. Because of this, cellulite (fat cells) bulge and push upwards towards the dermis giving the “orange peel” or “dimpling” effect at the dermis level in different grades. We place these into four grades or types:

0 – Smooth (no visible dimpling in the skin sitting or standing)
1 – Mild Visibility (slight dimpling when sitting, but not visible standing)
2 – Moderate Visibility (Dimpling is visible, even if slightly, but not lying down)
3 – Severe Visibility (heavy dimpling or pitting in the skin, sitting or lying down)

There are several treatment levels depending on the grading.

Treatments help increase with fresh blood, water, nutrients, and oxygen saturation in and around the area as well as helping to stimulate collagen and elastin production to tighten the connective tissue deficiency of the cellulite.

This also helps to stimulate the lymphatic system to remove unwanted toxins and in removing the contents of the cells and creating more collagen production to the tissue and skin.

Treating Cellulite from multiple points provides faster and longer lasting results. Our technology provides clients the results they have been searching for.

invisa-RED™ provides multiple solutions:

  • Stimulation of collagen production creating tighter skin and connective tissue reducing the appearance of cellulite.

  • Size Reduction of fat cells

  • Stimulation of the lymphatic system to remove fat and toxins

  • Increased ATP synthase to boost metabolism

  • Increased blood flow (vasodilation), water, and micro nutrients to the area

Cellulite Treatments

Safely smooth and eliminate cellulite as effectively as liposuction with no needles, no pain, and no downtime. invisa-RED™ treatments target the bumpy appearance of cellulite by restoring enlarged fat cells to a smaller size, resulting in smooth, tighter skin.

How it works
Cellulite is caused from weakened connective tissue and enlarged fat cells that are unresponsive to diet and exercise causing a dimpling effect. The pulsing laser light increases collagen production to strengthen the connective tissue and activates the enlarged fat cells to open, allowing the contents to leave the cell and be utilized in the body’s natural metabolism. The fat that is not utilized will then be eliminated through the lymphatic system. The result is a smooth cellulite free area of the body.

How many treatments do I need?
Although visible results can be seen in as little one treatment, clients will see optimal results after multiple short treatments which are recommended three times per week for the duration of your treatment schedule. Not only will you notice a reduction in cellulite, but also see a reduction in the circumference of the treatment area, as well as an improvement in the skin’s texture.
Treatment session needs vary from client to client. A consultation with a clinician will give you a better idea of how many treatment sessions you will need to achieve your desired results.

Will there be any downtime?
No. The treatments are non-surgical, non-evasive and pleasant. Treatments are very relaxing, and studies show the effectiveness of our technology in cellulite reduction without any of the side effects of invasive procedures.

Areas that can be treated
Any area of the body can be treated. The most common areas are the back of legs, hips, thighs, buttocks, and waist.

Maintenance
Once clients have reached their desired goals, we recommend a maintenance schedule of one to two treatments monthly.

Laser Lipo Machine for Stretch Mark Removal Therapy

Learn More About Stretch Mark Removal Therapy

Also known as striae distensae or simply as striae, is a type of scarring caused, literally, by rapid stretching of the skin beyond its elastic capacity. Micro tears develop and the blood vessels that lie under the skin show through usually creating a stretch mark that is red in color. If the body is slow to produce enough collagen to repair the area, the appearance of the stretch marks usually become darker in color. Pregnancy and rapid weight gain are the most common reasons stretch marks develop.

Stretch marks affect both men and women, appearing as a result of the fast changes in weight, no matter if they are rapid losses or gains associated with a quick stretching of the skin. They are also influenced by the hormonal changes specific to puberty, pregnancy or the exposure of the body to hormone replacement therapies or muscle building.

Other Causes of Stretch Marks

Although many people consider the main cause of these marks to be the skin stretching, due to the name they have been given and because they look like scars, their origin is much deeper. Hormonal fluctuations are considered the primary factor that influences their appearance.

Therefore, people suffering from hormonal imbalance face greater risks of dealing with stretch marks. Among them, there are the teenagers, the pregnant women, people with the Cushing’s syndrome, the Marfan syndrome or suffering from adrenal disorders, but also people using corticosteroid medication.

Sudden Gain/Loss of Weight in Adolescence
Very often, during adolescence, individuals face intense hormone fluctuations associated with sudden gain or loss of weight that affect the skin’s elasticity, overstretching it and disrupting the normal collagen production.

That is when stretch marks appear, not only in women, but also in men, although the affected areas may be different. They tend to be a normal part of puberty, as they are caused by the rapid hormonal changes in the body and by the associated weight fluctuations.

Stretch Marks during Pregnancy
In pregnant women, the significant hormonal changes that take place in the body and the gain of weight can cause the development of stretch marks, especially on the abdomen. The stretching forces that act on the skin’s elasticity are an important factor, as they affect the creation of the protein that is the base of the connective tissue in the skin. This results in the formation of scar-like marks in the dermis that are very hard to hide and even harder to repair.

As eighty to ninety percent of the pregnant women tend to develop stretch marks by their third trimester of pregnancy, some studies focus on finding solutions to prevent stretch marks from forming.

In 1991, the “International Journal of Cosmetic Science” published a study according to which the risk of developing pregnancy stretch marks could be diminished if women applied an OTC stretch mark cream made of a combination of vitamin E and Gotu Kola extract on the affected area (generally the abdomen).

Moreover, a study published by the British Journal of Dermatology in 2006 titled “Striae Gravidarum in Primiparae” showed that young mothers, especially first-time mothers are more likely to suffer from stretch marks. The formation of stretch marks is also influenced independently by the age of the mother, her body mass, the neonatal birth weight and the overall weight gain. Furthermore, it appeared that teenagers face greater risks of developing severe stretch marks.

The Influence of Corticosteroid Hormones
The appearance of stretch marks can also be influenced by the corticosteroid hormones, which can damage the skin. Another study published in the “Clinical and Experimental Dermatology” in 2006 showed the ability of the corticosteroids hormones to weaken the dermal tissue and increase the risk for the developing of stretch marks. Bodybuilders, for example, are also prone to developing stretch marks due to the rapid changes within their bodies.

The Cushing’s Syndrome, the Marfan Syndrome and Adrenal Disorders
Cushing’s Syndrome – The Cushing’s syndrome, also known as hypercorticism or hyperadrenocorticism, refers to the high level of cortisol produced by the adrenal glands and that can be induced by the intake of glucocorticoid drugs or by some diseases known to cause the excessive production of cortisol. The symptoms include fast weight gain and changes in the thickness of the skin, all these encouraging the appearance of stretch marks.

Marfan Syndrome – Unlike Cushing’s, the Marfan syndrome is a genetic disorder that affects the connective tissue and that has no cure. People who suffer from this disease tend to be very tall and have long limbs and fingers. They also develop unexplained stretch marks on the skin, probably related to the development of the skeleton.

Adrenal Disorders – The adrenal disorders can also contribute to the development of stretch marks, as individuals with variable hormone levels generally have elevated glucocorticoid hormone levels. This hormone affects the dermis in a negative way, by preventing the fibroblasts found at its level to create collagen and elastin. Without these substances, the skin can no longer provide the necessary support of its structures, and that is how the so hated micro-tears appear. The skin reacts to the small tears under discussion by swelling, and that is how the detested stretch marks appear.

Some Facts about Stretch Marks
The studies in this field show that, throughout their life, approximately 80 to 90 percent of women develop stretch marks of some degree, from adolescence to adulthood and motherhood. Men can also be affected by stretch marks, although, in their case, the targeted area of the body varies depending on where the fat is stored and how the muscles develop.

In the area affected by stretch marks, the skin feels soft and empty, because it is no longer supported by the dermis, the resilient middle layer that helps it maintain its shape. The stretching of the skin is the main factor in the appearance of these marks, usually located in the areas of the body where a larger amount of fat is stored, such as the abdomen, the upper arms and underarms, the breasts, the thighs, the hips and the buttocks.

Due to the significant hormonal changes they go through, pregnant women tend to develop stretch marks throughout the third trimester, when their skin stretches excessively in the abdominal area in order to accommodate the baby.

Types of Stretch Marks

  1. Red Stretch Marks – are “new” recently developed stretch marks usually appearing as thin red irregular lines covering the skin, but they gradually turn red, purple or even darker in color, varying according to one’s skin pigmentation. This change of color is caused by the bleeding at the dermal level, therefore, red stretch marks act in the way bruises do.

  2. White Stretch Marks – When they heal, the red stretch marks turn white and become less noticeable, as, in time, the scarred tissue of the marks loses its pigmentation and shrinks. The resulting color is white-silvery for people with light skin and light brown for darker skinned people.

Stretch-mark Treatments
Because these marks are already formed, their visibility is difficult to reduce. Successful treatments in this stage involve encouraging the collagen growth within the skin layers, in order to rebuild the texture of the skin, to level the marks and to minimize their appearance. Our non-surgical treatments significantly reduce and fade stretch marks from all areas of the body. invisa-RED™ technology will stimulate RNA and DNA production (skin cell renewal) rejuvenating your skin and promoting the growth of collagen to repair the damaged area. Most clients will see an improvement after just one treatment but will require multiple sessions to reach their desired goals.

Generally, people suffering from stretch marks require several sessions of laser therapy, depending on the type of treatment followed, on the severity, size and age of the marks. Besides invasive procedures that are costly, painful, and require downtime to heal, no other non-invasive technology or creams exist that will fade stretch-marks as efficiently as invisa-RED™ technology.

How it works

invisa-RED™ simultaneously triggers three processes necessary to repair and minimize visibility of the stretch mark effectively.

  1. Heats the epidermis to the necessary temperature required to stimulate the natural production of collagen, elastin, and fibroblasts to fill the wound or gap left in the epidermis and lighten the discoloration.

  2. Increases the circulation of fresh oxygenated blood to aid in the wound healing process.

  3. Skin tightening reduces the size and depth to create a smoother more uniform look and texture to the skin.

Laser Skin Tightening Machines for Younger Looking, Glowing Skin

Know About Tightening Treatment

invisa-RED™ skin tightening patients can effectively tighten moderately lax, crepey, and sagging skin all over the body, helping them improve their appearance and potentially postpone the need for surgery.

How it works
invisa-RED™ uses targeted laser energy of 680nm and 980nm to heat deeper layers of skin, which stimulates the production of collagen and elastin.

As we age, production of collagen and elastin slows down, resulting in areas of lax, sagging skin. Treatments are effective for multiple areas of the body, such as the neck, abdomen, buttock, arms, and thighs. The number of treatments needed varies depending on the individual patient’s needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

invisa-RED

Is invisa-RED safe?

invisa-RED laser light energy is part of the range of electromagnetic rays that are absolutely necessary for metabolism and growth in human begins and is also part of the natural light spectrum of sunlight minus the skin-damaging UV rays, which is why NASA currently uses this type of energy in space. It is also vibration energy, with which the human body resonates. This is the reason that it can penetrate through the skin.

I don't know much about invisa-RED™. Can you explain it to me?

Sunlight is a combination of visible, UV and infrared light. Infra-red light is longer in wavelength than visible light and starts just after the visible color of red. Infrared laser light is the safest and healthiest spectrum of sunlight and accounts for 70% of the heating of the Earth, the rest being caused by visible light. It is therefore understood that a coherent combination of visible light and infrared laser light offers the most benefits in electromagnetic heating of objects that absorb infrared such as the human body. Other forms of heat, such as fire and ceramic heaters, etc., warm a person by heating the surrounding air that touches the person which does not penetrate deeply into the body. Infrared laser light heat penetrates the skin and is much more effective. Certain infrared laser light wavelengths also interact with living cells, thereby increasing metabolism, energy production, and causing more fuel (calories) to be burned.

What are the benefits of invisa-RED?

invisa-RED produces a combination of near-infrared and infrared light energy (680nm-980nm). Human cells have light sensitive molecules called chromophores which react to light in this range. When stimulated by energy in this range, the cells produce more ATP which is the energy source that powers every muscle and increases metabolism. Red laser light also causes DNA synthesis in the fibroblasts of the cells which stimulates collagen production which makes the skin more elastic and younger looking. In addition, infrared light increases the production of cytochrome c oxidase enhancing the metabolism and the removal of toxins from the body.

Therapeutic Benefits

  • Increases blood capillary circulation and vascular activity by promoting improvement in the metabolism of nitric oxide (NO). This facilitates improved regulation of vasodilation and leads to the formation of new capillaries – This in turn provides additional oxygen and nutrients to accelerate natural tissue-healing processes and eventually evokes a cascade of beneficial biochemical processes.

  • Stimulates synthesis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP)—an immediate energy source for muscle contraction and essential in the metabolism of all cellular processes and sustaining living systems.

  • Relaxes muscles, reduces nerve excitability and stimulates nerve transmission

  • Reduces scar tissue and stimulates wound healing

  • Increases lymphatic system activity and relieves edema and discomfort associated with swelling

  • Stimulates production of collagen—the most important component of wound healing

  • Increases RNA/DNA synthesis – this stimulates cellular reproduction and facilitates accelerated replacement of damaged cells

  • Increases production of endorphins and enkephalins from the brain – promoting mood elevation

  • Stimulates production of adrenal glands— which facilitate long-term resilience to stress

  • Reduces inflammation and swelling in chronic conditions of arthritis, bursitis, and tendonitis

  • Stimulates fibroblastic activity – promoting repair of connective tissue and formation of collagen fibers

How long has this technology been around?

With extreme popularity in the Beauty Capital of the World, South America, Invisa-RED is now at the forefront of cutting-edge technology for non-invasive weight loss and aesthetics procedures in the U.S. as of 2014.

How is invisa-RED different from other body-slimming technologies?

Other body-slimming devices are only able to accomplish temporary inch loss through skin tightening in the area of treatment. Invisa-RED is the only clinically proven device for weight reduction, fat reduction and inch loss. Invisa-RED machines have the ability to adjust power output, pulse, and delay settings to maximize results for each individual patient, case by case. Patient results are both rapid and concrete. Our technology not only provides true weight loss but also skin tightening, cellulite removal, area-specific contouring, and stretch-mark fading. By combining technology and practical application within our own facilities, we have been able to provide what others can only claim.
